世界OMEPの組織と運営

世界理事会 (Executive Committee)

　世界総裁、副総裁のほか、世界理事会で選出された者、その他で構成される

​

世界総会 (World Assembly)

　組織の決定機関で、各国委員会の代表により構成され、毎年一回開催される
 

世界大会 (World Conference)

　年一回各国持ち回りで行われる（世界中の会員の交流の機会）


地域理事会(Regional Executive Committee)

　各地域（アフリカ、アジア･太平洋、北アメリカ･カリブ、ヨーロッパ、ラテンアメリカ）の各国委員会の代表メンバーで構成される

地域総会 (Regional Assembly)

　地域ごとに年一回開催

​

地域大会 (Regional Conference)

　ヨーロッパ、アジア・太平洋、北米・カリブ海、南米、アフリカの地域ごとに各国持ち回りで行う研究集会

​

各国委員会

　正式加盟を認められた国は一つの委員会を設置し、世界理事会の決定事項を実行する
