Dear applicants for the “Special Session 2”Designed and Carried Out by Australian OMEP: Writing and Publishing English Article Workshop for Non-Native English Speakers”  

 

  We, OMEP Japan Committee, appreciate for you to sign up for the “Special Session 2.”  You may be aware that the workshop is limited up to 15 persons.  Since this is indicated in the OMEP APR conference HP page, applications are sought up to 15 participants representing a range of countries in the Asia-Pacific region.  In order to avoid disappointment, please fill in the application form, and send it to the coordinator of the session, Dr. Sandi Wong (Associate Professor/ Goodstart Research Fellow, Dept. of Educational Sciences, Faculty of Human Sciences, Macquarie University) at sandie.wong@mq.edu.au by June 10, 2019.  If you have any question, please get a contact with Dr. Sandi Wong.

 The registration for the attendance is now closed.  As you may be aware, those who had not submitted the application on the day of deadline, June 10th were not eligible for attending the workshop.  Please do understand the requirement.

 The result of acceptance will be notified after June 28th. So, please bear with us.

  1. Please read the information about the workshop shown above. For more information, please visit official website.

  2. This workshop will be held at the same time as Oral Presentation (Day 2 (9/6) 15:30-17:00).  So please note that you can only participate in either Oral Presentation or this workshop.  However, applying for both poster presentation and workshop will be available.

  3. If you would like to change your application, visit application system (JTB-AMARYS), log in to "My Page", click the "Change" button in the "Registration-Application" section, and make the change please.

  4. Please be aware if the application form will not be submitted by June 10, 2019, the application for this workshop will be canceled automatically.

　既にHPや申し込みサイト，メールでご連絡の通り，6/10に本ワークショップ参加のための申請書の受付を終了いたしました。未提出の方は，本ワークショップへの参加はキャンセルとさせて頂きました。ご理解くださいませ。
　なお、申請書を提出された方への結果については6月28日以降、担当者より通知の予定です。

  1. 英文論文投稿ワークショップ参加の注意点および詳細については，上記の文章および大会ホームページをご覧ください。

  2. 英文論文投稿ワークショップは口頭発表と同じ時間帯（9月6日15:30-17:00）に開催されます。このため、口頭発表と本ワークショップとの両方には参加できませんので、ご了承ください。なお，ポスター発表とワークショップとを同時に申込むことは可能です。

  3. 申し込みを変更される場合は，申し込みシステム（JTB-AMARYS）の「マイページ」にログインし，「参加申込-申込内容」欄にある「変更」ボタンをクリックして，変更をお願いいたします。

  4. 2019年6月10日までに申請書が提出されない場合，申し込みは自動的にキャンセルになりますので，お気をつけ下さい。
