　去る2021年11月のAPR中国大会にて”The Impact of COVID-19 Pandemic on ECEC in Japan” (コロナ禍におけるアジア太平洋地域各国の幼児教育・保育)と”Current Status and Issues of Early Childhood Education and Care in Japan：Respecting young children as creative human”として発信した、日本における保育の理念とシステム、乳幼児期からの子どもの権利を大切にした保育実践について共有します。後半にて、ブレイクアウトセッションにて、語り合いの時間を持ちたいと思います。

【緊急声明】ウクライナの子どもたちの生命と権利を守るために

　OMEP日本委員会は、ウクライナの子どもたちの生命と生存する権利が脅かされていることに大きな懸念を抱いています。この紛争によって最も被害を受けるのは子どもたちです。

　私たちは、この紛争の当事者と世界各国に対し、子どもの権利条約第6条および第38条に示されているように、子どもの安全と子どもの権利を守るために必要な行動を直ちにとるよう要求します。

　OMEP日本委員会は平和を願い、常に世界の子どもたちとともにあることを宣言します。

[Urgent Statement] To Protect the Lives and Rights of Ukrainian Children

The Japanese National Committee of OMEP, have a high degree of concern about the threats to the lives of children of Ukraine and their rights to life. It is the children who suffer the mostly from this conflict.

We call on the parties to engage in this conflict and the nations throughout the world to immediately take the necessary actions to protect the safety of children and their rights, as stated in Articles 6 and 38 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child.

We, the Japanese National Committee of OMEP, wish for peace and declare that we are always be with the children of the world.

[Communiqué d'urgence] Protéger la vie et les droits des enfants ukrainiens

Le comité japonais de l'OMEP est très préoccupé par les menaces qui pèsent sur la vie des enfants d'Ukraine et sur leur droit à la vie. Ce sont les enfants qui souffrent le plus de ce conflit.

Nous appelons les parties engagées dans ce conflit et les nations du monde entier à prendre immédiatement des mesures nécessaires pour protéger la sécurité des enfants et leurs droits, comme le stipulent les articles 6 et 38 de la Convention relative aux droits de l'enfant.

Nous, le Comité national japonais de l'OMEP, souhaitons la paix et déclarons que nous serons toujours aux côtés des enfants du monde entier.

[Comunicado urgente] Proteger la vida y los derechos de los niños y niñas en Ucrania

El Comité de Japón de OMEP está muy preocupado por las amenazas a las preciosas vidas de los niños en Ucrania y su derecho a la vida. Los niños son los que más sufren este conflicto.

Hacemos un llamamiento a las partes implicadas en este conflicto y a las naciones del mundo para que adopten inmediatamente medidas necesarios para proteger la seguridad de los niños y sus derechos, tal y como se estipula en los artículos 6 y 38 de la Convención sobre los Derechos del Niño.

Nosotros, el Comité Nacional Japonés de OMEP, deseamos la paz y declaramos que siempre estaremos al lado de los niños y niñas del mundo.

2. 画面表示にて、事務局の会員名簿の氏名と同一と確認できない場合には、総会に参加できません。
